  • Life coaching or sometimes called personal coaching, is a one-on-one, and a collaborative effort in which the coach helps you achieve your personal life goals.

A life coach helps their clients gain clarity on what they want out of life, then help them create a plan of action that aligns with their values and build on their strengths. Coaching helps remove the barriers that prevents people from living their lives fully.

Unlike counseling or therapy, Life Coaching focuses on the present and future to bring maximum results to help the the client achieve their goal.

The most important part of the Life Coaching process is for you to be simply willing to achieve your goal.

Coaching Process

My style of coaching is very personable and laid back. I want you to feel comfortable as though you’re talking to a friend.  My process consists of a series of 30 to 45 minutes*, one-on-one sessions. We typically meet once a week* at specified time agreed upon stated in the client agreement. The first session (getting to know you), we will go over your goals, establish what you would like to achieve through coaching. During the remaining sessions, we will discuss the goals that were mentioned during our “getting to know you” session and come up with an action plan that will help you achieve your goals and make a difference in your life.  You will be given a number of assignments and other tools to help identify your values, strengths and find out what gives you meaning and purpose.

At the end of each session, I will ask you to commit to complete each action that is assigned before the next session.  By making the commitment, you are focused on important tasks to help you achieve your goals, but also have someone to hold you accountable to make sure you follow through.

Commitment, accountability and following through are some of the most important components of the coaching process.  This is why working with a coach will help you achieve your goals successfully, than working alone.

Coaching is like a relationship. It’s important that we both feel comfortable working together.  That is why I offer a complimentary Discovery Session so you can see what it’s like to work with me.  If you would like to continue, we can decide which package will work for you.

This package is for those who want to make a change in their life and make sure
it stays with them after finishing their coaching session.

6 Sessions on a bi-weekly basis
45 minutes each session

1 “Emergency” 15 minute session
Sessions valid for 12 months

Cost – $697

Making Life Joyful

This package is for those who are working on either a few short-term goals or a
long-term goal, which would require me to provide either some business coaching
or general relationship coaching.

3 Months (3 Sessions per month)
